January 1974- Selected to the Maryland State Police Cadet program.
September 1976- Selected to the 75th Trooper class of the Maryland State Police Academy.
January 1980 - Selected to the Special Tactical Assault Team Element (S.T.A.T.E.) MSP "SWAT" Team Served from 1980 to 1989 with the Teams performing hostage recovery, high-risk dynamic and stealth entries as well as executive/terrorist protection for Presidents Reagan & Bush, Secretary for State Schultz, Olympic Teams, Governor Shaffer, Organized Crime Defendants as well as Federal Reserve transfers.
January 1981- Selected to the
initial Accident Reconstruction program for the Maryland State Police.
August 1983- Served as an assistant
to Management Engineers, contracted to the U.S.D.O.T.
1983-1984 Served as the Central Troop Accident Reconstruction Coordinator.
1984 Served as Assistant Team Leader of SWAT anti-terrorist protection team assigned to the 1984 Olympic play-offs.
1984 Assisted in the development and training of the Pennsylvania State Police S.W.A.T. Teams.
1984- Selected "Trooper of the Year" - Frederick Barrack
1986- Chaired as a member of the Howard County School System's Accident Review Board.
1986- Elected President/C.E.O., Dynamic Investigative Services, Inc.
1987- Elected Secretary of the Maryland Traffic Homicide Investigators.
1986-1987 Served as the supervising coordinator of the State of Maryland Crash Management Team.
1987- Served as a consultant to the Frederick County State's Attorney's Office for Accident Reconstruction.
1988- Served as a consultant to the Maryland Attorney General's Office for Accident Reconstruction.
1988- Served as Supervisor/Investigator of the Maryland State Police Criminal Investigation Division for the Waterloo Barrack.
1988-89 Served as a consultant to the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA)
1989- Elected Vice-President in charge of Operations for Potomac Valley Detective Agency.
1989- Served as a private consultant
to the Prince Georges County State's Attorney's Office for Accident Reconstruction.
